Greetings in Jesus…!
First, thank you so much to those of you who help keep this ministry going through your prayers and support. You guys are the real heroes! Great shall be your treasures in heaven!
Is There Really More Than One Way to Skin a Cat?
I just had to tell you guys what happened to me. Some of you remember how last year around this time a bear killed and partially ate my golden retriever Cainan. This hit me really hard! Anyway, the head of fish & game (Ian) came out to document what had taken place. Turns out, both he and his wife are born-again Christians. Well, Ian felt so bad for me that he told me he would put me first on the list to receive the next bear he had to take out if it became a dangerous one.
. I said sure, or anything else you have to destroy. Be careful what you ask for! One day he gave me a call telling me they’ve had a very dangerous mountain lion that had killed 5 llamas and injured two more! Ian set a trap baiting it with a leg from one of the llamas, the mountain lion got caught, Ian destroyed it, field- dressed it and called me asking if I wanted the meat. This caught me a little off guard. I didn’t really know if people ate mountain lion. Bear meat is commonly eaten up here but mountain lion? Well, I said sure and he brought it over and tossed it in the back of my truck. I don’t really know if there’s more than one way to skin a cat but I do know there’s more than one way to eat it. Ground for mountain lion burgers, Italian sausage and cube steaks especially good as chicken fried steaks with country gravy! That mountain lion started out as 160 pounds of lean mean killing machine and ended up as 80 pounds of meat in my freezer and I’ve been eating it ever since! Now would you like to move to Colorado? The bears are back on my porch bigtime and without my dog Cainan barking and keeping them away, I feel a little vulnerable so I’d appreciate your prayers for safety. Thanks!
Peace between Rocket Man and Trump?
So, no more fear of nuclear threats or attacks from North Korea. Really? I think it may be wise to take a closer look. First, there were no real absolutes established. But there were many words heard about peace and safety. I couldn’t help to think of the Scripture stating when they shall say peace and safety, sudden destruction shall come upon them.
Here’s a possible scenario. Keep in mind, that North Korea has a long history of breaking treaties and might just fire something here or even elsewhere in which case, Trump who never backs down may just fire at North Korea. Then China steps in who has the capabilities of major warfare with the U.S. So just keep praying God keep this from happening.
Drones, A.I. (Artificial Intelligence) and the coming Human Annihilation by Pastor Billy Crone NEW! I’m sure that we all at one time or another, seen some sci-fi movie where some artificial intelligence such as computers take over the earth. Ya know, it’s funny what use to be sci-fi a little while back has actually become a reality in the late hour. You know the basic story, man programs a computer to communicate with other computers and learn from each other. In a short time they learn mankind is inferior and must be taken out. They also understand that man might just turn them off so they develop a new language that we cannot understand. This technology is not something that’s coming down the road but is already here. Today!
It would be very easy to give the beast power to speak. I shared with you some of this with the DVD titled the last religion but I really feel the need to drill this home to you guys in this late hour because this is very real and happening right now. Pastor Billy Crone, does a special expose’ letting us know just how bad this has become. If you would like a copy, it’s available for a gift of any amount this month. Simply ask for it by name: Drones, Artificial Intelligence and the coming human annihilation.
Guatemala volcano: Almost 200 missing and 75 dead
At least 192 people are missing and 75 are dead as a result of the explosion of the Fuego volcano in Guatemala on Sunday June 3, officials say. Villages on the slopes were buried in volcanic ash and mud. Rescue work on Tuesday was disrupted when a new eruption sent hot gas and molten rock streaming down the volcano’s south side. More than 1.7 million people have been affected by Sunday’s eruption, with more than 3,000 evacuated. #1 How the volcano disaster unfolded. the aftermath in pictures Tuesday’s explosion took many by surprise after volcanologists said the eruption, which had sent ash up to 10km (33,000ft) into the sky on Sunday, was over for the near future. Eddy Sanchez, the head of Guatemala’s National Institute of Seismology, had predicted “no imminent eruption over the next few days”. A village wiped off the map Will Grant, BBC News, El Rodeo, and Guatemala Boris Rodriguez has no-one to turn to now. He lost more loved ones in a single night on Sunday than many do in a lifetime. Mr. Rodriguez’s wife, both of her parents, his brother and sister-in-law and their children died when the Fuego volcano erupted.”I saw the children’s bodies,” he told me between sobs. “They were huddled together in the bed, like they were trying to hide from what was happening.”If Mr. Rodriguez, who is 25, were a solitary case, it would be heartbreaking enough. But most of his neighbors in the village of El Rodeo have similar stories of grief. The village was almost entirely wiped off the map. Chaos and hope: More on-the-ground accounts why were so many people killed in the initial eruption? Almost 200 people remain unaccounted for, said AFP news agency, quoting Guatemala’s Disaster Relief Agency. No evacuation alert was issued before the volcano erupted on Sunday, said the agency’s chief, Sergio Cabañas. Eruption in pictures How many people do volcanoes kill? More on Guatemala He added that local residents had received training in emergency procedures but were not able to implement them because the initial volcanic activity happened too fast. Sunday’s blast generated pyroclastic flows – fast-moving mixtures of very hot gas and volcanic matter – which descended down the slopes, engulfing communities including El Rodeo and San Miguel
Los Lotes. Volcanologist Dr Janine Krippner told the BBC that people should not underestimate the risk from pyroclastic flows and volcanic mudflows, known as lahars. “Fuego is a very active volcano. It has deposited quite a bit of loose volcanic material and it is also in a rain-heavy area, so when heavy rains hit the volcano that is going to be washing the deposits away into these mudflows which carry a lot of debris and rock. “They are extremely dangerous and deadly as well.” A pyroclastic flow is a fast-moving mixture of gas and volcanic material, such as pumice and ash. Such flows are a common outcome of explosive volcanic eruptions, like the Fuego event, and are extremely dangerous to populations living downrange. Just why they are so threatening can be seen from some of the eyewitness videos on YouTube of the Guatemalan eruption. In one, people stand on a bridge filming the ominous mass of gas and volcanic debris as it expands from Fuego. Some bystanders only realize how fast it is travelling as the flow is almost upon them. The speed it travels depends on several factors, such as the output rate of the volcano and the gradient of its slope. But they have been known to reach speeds of up to 700km/h – close to the cruising speed of a long-distance commercial passenger aircraft. In addition, the gas and rock within a flow are heated to extreme temperatures, ranging between 200C and 700C. If you’re directly in its path, there is little chance of escape. The eruption of Vesuvius, in Italy, in 79 AD produced a powerful pyroclastic flow, burying the Roman towns of Pompeii and Herculaneum under a thick blanket of ash. Keep in mind Hawaii came first then this one. Don’t be surprised if there’s another by the time you get this newsletter. Also, watch for extreme weather between now and September.
Why Does the Catholic Church Organize Europe’s Largest Nazi Rally?
On the weekend of May 19 and 20, around 10,000 people gathered in a field near the town of Bleiburg in southern Austria for what the Documentation Centre of Austrian Resistance calls the “largest regular neo-Nazi rally” in Europe. Hitler salutes, racist flags and slogans were common. Kids ran around with fascist slogans on their T-shirts. Featured guests gave speeches defending fascism. Efraim Zuroff, the East European Affairs director for the Simon Wiesenthal Center, called the event “an affront to the memory of Holocaust victims.” But the most surprising part of this event may be the identity of its organizer: the Croatian Bishops’ Conference of the Catholic Church. What is the Catholic Church doing organizing a neo-Nazi rally? A look at history points to the answer. The event commemorates the death of thousands of Ustashi soldiers (estimates vary wildly, but 45,000 seems to be the most commonly cited number). The Ustashi was a fascist movement that ruled the Nazi puppet state of Croatia during World War II. In May 1945, with the Nazis on the brink of defeat, thousands of Ustashi soldiers fled Yugoslavia to British-occupied Austria. The British handed them over to their allies—Josip Tito’s partisans—who killed them. The rally in Bleiburg commemorates their deaths. But take a look at the Ustashi who are being mourned. According to Encyclopedia of the Holocaust, published by the World Holocaust Remembrance Center in Israel, the Ustashi killed over 600,000 people, 500,000 of whom were Serbs. The Ustashi-ruled Independent State of Croatia had a population of around 6.3 million, meaning the Ustashi killed around 1 in 10 of its own people. Eighty percent of the nation’s Jews were murdered. Almost 1 in 4 of its Serbs were killed, and another quarter exiled or forcibly converted to Catholicism. The Ustashi were gratuitously cruel; as Brad Macdonald wrote in The Holy Roman Empire in Prophecy: Killings were performed in some of the most gruesome ways imaginable. Ustashi soldiers were recorded to have torn victims apart limb by limb, and slit people’s throats with special knives, and removed organs one by one, and smashed people’s heads with sledgehammers. Others were burned alive. No one was spared, and many of these vile acts were performed on children and infants. There are records of Ustashi soldiers cutting open pregnant mothers and ripping out the unborn child. In other words, the execution of these soldiers by partisans was far from the worst crime committed in the region. The rally in Bleiburg commemorating these soldiers’ deaths is far from a one-off event. The Council of Europe’s European Commission against Racism and Intolerance warned that the Ustashi are increasingly being “glorified.” Austria’s government claims it is powerless to stop the event but said fascist symbols would be banned this year. Journalists on site, however, painted a different picture. Vice’s Roman Möseneder wrote: Despite a ban on clear political symbols, speeches and uniforms, one attendee proudly performed the—illegal—Nazi salute several times straight into my camera, and in the presence of local Austrian police officers. Tomo Bilogrivić, of the United Croatian Right movement, made a speech in defense of fascism, while racist symbols and flags were openly displayed throughout the field. And though I noticed two people being denied entry for wearing T-shirts bearing the Ustaše slogan, Za Dom Spremni (“For the Homeland”), plenty of others, including children, proudly wore theirs throughout the day. Year after year, the Catholic Church organizes this event. More than that, it provides the event with an ecclesiastical fig leaf, giving secular authorities an excuse not to shut it down. The Austrian authorities say they’re powerless to stop it because it is an “ecclesiastical” event. Again, why would the Catholic Church do this? The Catholic Church was very close to the Ustashi regime during the war. Pope Pius XII met with its leader, Ante Pavelić, in April 1941 and again in May 1943. There was abundant evidence of the Ustashi’s murders, but the pope personally blessed Pavelić. Catholic priests were even documented joining in some of the Ustashi’s crimes. Once the war ended, the Catholic Church helped Pavelić and other members of the fascist government escape. Alojzije Stepinac, archbishop of Zagreb from 1937 to 1960, was sentenced to 16 years in prison after the war because of his collaboration in the murder of Serbs and Jews. But he was released after only five years. Pius XII made him a cardinal in 1952, and Pope John Paul ii beatified him. Croatia was not the only fascist regime supported by the Vatican. Pope Pius XI praised Benito Mussolini as “a man sent by providence” after the fascist dictator signed a treaty with the Vatican making Roman Catholicism the only state-recognized religion. The German Catholic Centre Party helped Adolf Hitler rise to power and become a dictator. Its leader, Ludwig Kaas, was a close friend with the man who would go on to become Pope Pius XII. Less than four months after becoming dictator, Hitler signed a treaty with the Vatican. The priests agreed to keep out of politics, while the Catholic Church was granted a major role in education throughout the Reich. The Catholic Church blessed the Reich and ordered its bishops to swear allegiance to it. And now, 70 years later, the Catholic Church is commemorating the regime it supported. Such history makes the more than 1 billion Catholics in the world uncomfortable. Thus it is left out of most discussions of World War II history. If it were included, fewer people would be surprised that the Catholic Church organizes Europe’s “largest regular neo-Nazi rally” to this day. Catholic ties to this dark period in history are worth remembering. So perhaps there is some benefit to the Croatian Bishops’ Conference keeping them alive. Reported by: Richard Palmer – The Trumpet
Still waiting for your unsaved catholic friends and relatives to get saved? Maybe you need to do something about that. For those of you who need some help, there’s a great DVD use by many for doing just that. It’s titled: Catholicism: Crisis of Faith. It shows how so many Catholics have left their church and have come to Christ. If you would like a copy, it’s available this month for a gift of any amount.
Is the Bible about to be Banned?
Experts from the Liberty Counsel legal team, a longtime professor of New Testament at Pittsburgh Theological Seminary and former Arkansas Gov. Mike Huckabee are among those who contend a bill in California that defines counseling against same-sex attractions as “consumer fraud” could be used to ban the sale of Bibles in the state. The bill, which is well on its way through the legislative process, targets those who counsel or offer advice and instruction on overcoming same-sex attractions. Now a new video has been released that poses an unwelcome truth for the lawmakers who support the bill: testimonies from eight individuals who have overcome same-sex attractions. Several of them now are married to opposite-sex partners and have children, and they testify change is possible through counseling and the power of Jesus Christ. One testimony: “I picked up a Bible, highlighting every passage about an amazing God that was so beautiful and excellent in every way. She couldn’t help giving herself to God, and a short time later was startled to find she had affections for a man. Now she’s been married 13 years. Another testimony told of seeing change through counseling. The video refutes the bill’s claim that change is impossible and, therefore, counseling toward that end is fraudulent. Tony Perkins’ Family Research Council notes: “The movement by LGBT activists to abolish the practice of ‘sexual orientation change efforts’ (or, to critics, ‘conversion therapy’) has gotten a big boost with the push to pass California’s AB 2943. While earlier bans on this type of therapy only applied to licensed mental health providers and only to minor clients, AB 2943 would ban it for any client or any type of counselor (including a religious one) if there’s any exchange of money. One way the left is trying to destroy this type of therapy is by defining it as ‘consumer fraud.’” But the pushback is growing. “Because the bill applies to any sale of goods (not just services), and because ‘change’ is defined as including a change in behavior (not just attractions), Christians have pointed out that this bill could even be interpreted to ban the sale of books that help people change or to promote a biblical view of sexuality — potentially even the Bible itself,” the report said. “The bill is clearly a threat to free speech and freedom of religion, which is why everyone should care about it,” Not long ago, Huckabee called it a “terrible storm that’s brewing on the horizon.” The bill would ban counseling, conferences and even printed materials that advocate for ways to get rid of unwanted same-sex attractions, and several experts have not only confirmed the vaguely written proposal could ban sales of Bibles, but one ministry expert has announced plans to boycott the state with his conferences. “You may have heard the news or seen the reports, but people of faith in California are bracing for one of the most dramatic ideological shifts away from the First Amendment in our nation’s history,” Huckabee said. “It’s the kind of storm that destroys the foundations of liberty and a free society.” He pointed out the bill, passed in the California Assembly 50-18 and soon to be voted on in the state Senate, “would make illegal any sale of goods or services that seek to change an individual’s sexual orientation, behaviors or gender expressions.” The governor, now serving as a commentator, said, “It prevents faith-led counselors from assisting clients with same-sex attraction or gender confusion. It prohibits churches from holding any ticketed events addressing topics of sexuality. “But it’s FAR more reaching than that,” he said. “This means the sale of ANY book that states the practice of homosexuality or transgender identification as immoral actions would be illegal in California. …This could include the Bible!” He said the bill’s sponsors deny it, but the “legal experts agree that AB 2943 is so broadly worded in its description of prohibited activities that it can easily be interpreted to stop the sale goods and services that promote a biblical worldview!” He warned, “This is a massive attack on Christianity. It should alarm us that the constitutional problems inherent in the bill were not obvious to those in the California Assembly.” WND reported a Colorado-based Christian group canceled conferences it planned to hold in the Golden State and instead will send students to “other states where we can tell them the truth.” Jeff Myers, president of Summit Ministries, explained his group helps students “develop an intelligent, defensible Christian worldview before they go to college.” He called the wording of California’s AB 2943, which bans commercial messages promoting counseling or therapy to free people from same-sex behavior, “a dog whistle to the left that intelligent Christians holding traditional views are fair game for discrimination, smears and frivolous lawsuits.” His group, he said, for 55 years has held conferences at its headquarters in Manitou Springs, Colorado, and across the nation, “training nearly a half-million young Christians to become leaders in their schools, communities, churches, families and country.” Summit Ministries, however, has canceled its June 10-23 and June 24-July 7 sessions at Biola University near Los Angeles “due to concerns that California will forbid some of what it teaches.” Myers said his group’s speakers are “leading Christian experts who base their presentations on theology as well as sociology, psychology and science.” The California bill, he said, in the state’s Business and Professional Code, would regard the offering of gay-conversion therapy as “consumer fraud.” Under the bill, “offering to engage in, or engaging in sexual orientation change efforts with an individual” would constitute deceptive business practices and be subject to fines and penalties. WND has reported a lawmaker and an LGBT activist have admitted the bill targets “pastors” and members of the “faith community.” A video shows California state Assembly member Al Muratsuchi admitting that he wants to target people of faith. The lawmaker argued the First Amendment “does not prohibit banning fraudulent conduct.” “The faith community, like anyone else, needs to evolve with the times,” he charged. Liberty Counsel, one of the first to raise concerns about the bill, explained it is so broad it “bans books, printed materials and advertisements that provide information that a person facing unwanted same-sex attractions or gender confusion can change.” And further, in a speech at Google headquarters, LGBT activist Samuel Brinton promised to “figure out” how to stop “pastors” and churches from offering such counseling. “I may not be able to find every little camp … every pastor, but I can make it something that is culturally unacceptable,” he said. “Yes, it’s directly affecting mental health professionals, but by proxy, it’s affecting everyone else.” A longtime professor of New Testament at Pittsburgh Theological Seminary, Robert A.J. Gagnon, the author of “The Bible and Homosexual Practice,” has some concerns. He wrote at The Federalist of the dangers. The bill poses legal jeopardy for a “Bible study or house church leader, member of a para-church organization working to help people afflicted by same-sex attractions, or indeed anybody who attempts change if goods or services involve an exchange of funds.” “Read the bill. There is no religious exemption. There is no restriction to mental health professionals. There is not even a restriction to claims about changing a person’s sexual orientation or transgender feelings in whole or part. The bill is quite clear that any ‘efforts to change behaviors or gender expressions’ are included in the ban on attempts to change a person’s ‘sexual orientation,’” he said. He continued: “So you would be violating the law if you advertise that Christ can empower people not to engage in homosexual practice or not to identify as ‘gay’ or ‘transgender’ because such behaviors and self-identities are morally wrong, or if you offer to engage or actually engage in efforts to persuade people of Christ’s power to transform in this area, you will be in violation of California AB 2943, at least so long as your advertising or efforts involved in any way an exchange of money for goods or services.” Violations of A.B. 2943 could, he said, include “selling religious or secular books (pamphlets, videos, audios, etc.), holding conferences, teaching courses in a college or seminary where tuition is paid, giving a speech at a paid venue, counseling people for a fee, or perhaps even posting online articles in a site that requires a paid subscription, in which it is asserted (in whole or part) that it is morally wrong for people to engage in homosexual practice or identify as ‘gay’ or ‘transgender.
Just for the record as most of you know, Rosh Hashana or, the “ Feast of Trumpets” this year falls on September 9-10th.
I cannot give the day or hour of the rapture should it occur in this coming September. However I can say many of us watchmen, for the Church, speak with one another, and there are quite a number that are getting excited. One thing that scares me is that so many true born again Christians don’t really want to hear anything about this, as they should be. One of the reasons is fear. God is the author of faith but Satan is the author of fear, but why the fear? Many Christians feel they are not worthy enough to go in the rapture. Of course, No One is Worthy of the Rapture! Who’s righteousness are you going by? Yours or the righteousness that God has bestowed upon you? Remember you are saved by grace alone,
